About
I’m a registered Dietitian and fitness coach with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. My work is grounded in both science and lived experience — not trends or quick fixes.
I first became interested in nutrition through seeing how profoundly it can affect health, energy, body composition, and quality of life. Since then, I’ve helped people improve their relationship with food, lose weight sustainably, and build habits they can maintain long term, whether their goal is weight loss or better health.
The photo you see reflects one part of my journey, but my coaching is not about extreme dieting or perfection. Preparing for bodybuilding taught me discipline, consistency, and how to stick to a plan in real life — including family meals, social events, and days when motivation is low.
I use those lessons to help clients navigate everyday situations without guilt, restriction, or feeling “off plan”. You’ll learn how to enjoy meals out, make informed choices, and prioritise nourishment, while still making progress toward your goals.
Qualifications
With an MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics and a BSc in Sports & Exercise Nutrition, I combine evidence-based science with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. I hold qualifications in personal training, group exercise, exercise for older adults, GP referral, and obesity management. I’ve also completed advanced certifications in weight management, resistance training, behaviour change, and motivational interviewing.
My focus is on helping women, especially in midlife, feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. Whether through personalised meal plans or tailored fitness coaching, my approach is grounded in science, practical, and sustainable.
Let’s work together to create a healthier, happier you — on your terms.
