I'm a plant-based weight loss coach, fitness instructor, and pole and aerial arts enthusiast with over 30 years of experience in the fitness world. My journey began when I discovered the incredible impact of plant-based nutrition on health, energy, and performance. Now, I’m here to help you thrive—whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or simply looking to add more plants to your plate.

Qualifications

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching. I currently run a gym and a pole and aerial fitness studio, and along the way, I’ve gained a wide range of qualifications—from group exercise and personal training to more specialised areas like exercise for older adults, GP referral, and obesity management. I’ve trained with respected organisations including The Wright Foundation and Future Fit Training, completing advanced certifications in weight management, resistance training, behaviour change, and motivational interviewing.

Backed by a BSc in Sports & Exercise Nutrition and an MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics, I combine science-based strategies with empowering workouts to help women—especially in midlife—feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. Whether you're looking for personalised plant-based meal plans or tailored fitness support, my approach is all about sustainable results built on evidence-based practice.
