Yes. Most people who apply have already tried diet clubs, tracking apps, and various plans. This program is designed for those who are tired of starting over and want a sustainable, long-term approach instead of another reset.

No. I don’t provide rigid meal plans or tell you exactly what to eat each day. Instead, you’ll learn how to make informed food choices that work in real life - including family meals, social events, and occasional treats.

This is a structured, time-bound coaching program with limited places. You’ll receive weekly group support, regular 1:1 check-ins, and guidance tailored to you - not generic advice or ongoing access with no clear direction.

This program is designed for real life, not perfection. You’ll need to engage, plan, and take responsibility for your choices, but you don’t need to be perfect or have endless time. Consistency matters more than intensity.

You’ll be part of a small group (maximum 10 people), with:

  • Weekly group coaching sessions

  • 1:1 check-ins via chat, email or when needed video call or in person if local

  • A private group chat for support and accountability

This provides structure and connection without overwhelm.

No program can guarantee results. What I do guarantee is evidence-based guidance, structure, and support. Results depend on your engagement and willingness to apply what we work on together.

This program may not be the right fit if you:

  • Want a quick fix or strict rules

  • Expect to be chased or reminded to take action

  • Prefer someone else to make all decisions for you

Clarity on this creates better outcomes for everyone.

The investment is £41 per week. I would suggest you should plan for 12-week commitment for you to see results. There are no refunds if you pay and don't engage for the week. Full terms and payment options will be provided once your application is reviewed and accepted.

I work best with people who are ready to take responsibility and engage fully. The application process ensures the program is a good fit for you - and that I can give the right level of support within clear boundaries.

If the program isn’t suitable for you, I’ll let you know honestly. Applying doesn’t obligate you to join - it simply starts a conversation.
